Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your billing address, your shipping information and your PayPal address.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
By placing an order at Minigrow you accept all responsibilities with regard to the legality and legality of the products that are sent to you. We have no information or cannot make any statements about the legal status of a product in your country. You accept the responsibility to inform yourself about your local laws, import and custom regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

This should never be construed as a recommendation to take specific action. Use of the information for illegal activities is at your own risk.
This website and our products are intended for people 18 years and older. No sales to minors, only adults.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You further acknowledge and agree that Minigrow shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Minigrow is based in the Netherlands and will follow the rules of Dutch law. In some countries or states, it is forbidden to import certain products. If you want to order our products, check your local (customs) rules and laws. Minigrow does not accept any liability for violating local (customs) rules and laws. We ship our products with the consideration that they will not be used by third parties in violation of the law. Minigrow does not want to encourage anyone to break the law. We want to make sure that everyone who buys our products is responsible for their future promotions. Minigrow does not accept any liability in this regard.
Minigrow cannot be held liable for damage caused by incorrect or illegal use of the purchased products. Minigrow can also not be held responsible if the ordered products are taken by customs because the rules or laws of your country or state have been broken. In that case you cannot demand a refund of your money.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
Guarantee and Support
Guarantee
The Minigrow products should work correctly. If this is not the case, we will help you out. You have 2 years of guarantee within Europe according to the European law.
Although we very much take care of the quality of Minigrow products and the quality of the components, It might happen that there are minor issues which do not decrease the Minigrowbox core functionality. Examples are a small scratch or bump on the surface of the (inside) of the Minigrowbox.
You might not be entitled to a refund or guarantee if the problem is minor, such as minor scratches or unregularities as result of the production or delivery.
Also, it might happen that some colours, parts are a different that shown on our website since it might be that we have to use alternative parts or components from other vendors for whatever reason.
If anything doesn’t work correctly, we will apply the following repair & replace process:
1. We will ask you for a detailed description about the failure so that we have the information to determine how to offer a solution.
2. In this first ‘problem identification’, we may ask you to detach parts of the Minigrowbox, like a cable from a connector.
3. Once we have determined what the problem is, we will either repair the part after you have sent it to us, or send you a new part for replacement. The choice is solely for Minigrow to make.
4. If anything doesn’t work because of a software problem of electronics hardware issue, we might ask you to perform one of the following actions:
a. If it is a hardware related issue; detach the suspected part and send it to us (e.g. the control unit with display or the LEDPanel). We will then repair or send you a new component that you are supposed to place back yourself in the Minigrowbox. We will provide the necessary instructions if needed.
b. If it is a software related issue, we will provide a software upgrade that you need to update the software with a working version. A software update you might need an SD Card or Windows PC to perform the update process, which we assume is your responsibility. Of course, we will provide the necessary instructions in case that is needed.
5. We will not be obliged to send replacement parts during the time it will take to repair or update the issue.
6. If the problem is solved, the case is closed. When it is not solved, the Minigrow device will be repaired on another way, for example be shipped to us in the Netherlands where we repair the Minigrow device and send it back to you.
The guarantee covers non-working functionality. All guarantee is void if you make changes yourself or if you use the Minigrowbox not according to the purposes as described in the Manual.
