Handling time
The handling time is the time between your order (with payment confirmation from PAY.nl, the payment provider) and the start of the shipment. The order handling time for a Minigrow growbox usually takes no longer than 2 days, however in busier times it may take a little longer.
Delivery time
Delivery within Europe varies from 1-5 days. Netherlands and Belgium 1-2 days. Northern Europe usually 3 days. Southern Europe 3-5 days.
Shipping costs
Orders are shipped within Europe, including Switzerland, via DHL.
The shipping costs depends on several factors like the destination country/region, customs, package dimensions and region-specific circumstances. When placing an order, the shipping costs will appear once the order items and shipping address are known.
Payment options and costs
We provide several payment options.
For most of them, we do not charge you payment fees.
Paypal and Klarna are supported payment options.
Paypal is a convenient payment option and provides buyer protection.
The costs of a Paypal transaction is high. We pay the largest part of the Paypal payment fees. The payment costs that we charge for PayPal is only 1,5% of the order total and are added in the checkout process.
The total order costs includes shipping fees, custom dues and payment fees. These costs are visible during the checkout process.
For EU countries, VAT is also included in the order costs. For non-EU countries like Switzerland, VAT is not included.
Delivery
- Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday.
- The packaging is neutral, measures 91x49x47 cm. Its weight is about 22kg.
- The shipment can be followed via track and trace. The receiver will automatically get an email from DHL with the link to the T&T information. Or you can use this website from DHL: https://www.dhlparcel.nl/en/consumer/track-and-trace
- An order might be shipped into more packages. For example the Minigrow in one package and the accessoires in another package.
- Delivery always will be tried at the door. In some regions however, like Sweden and France, the only option is to deliver at a local pickup point.
Damaged packages must be documented instantly in presence of the delivery man. In order to settle possible claims you will need a signed “receipt of a damaged package” from the delivery service. Please take a photo of the damaged package for better documentation. Then, please contact us so that we can help get things solved.
