Return & Refund Policy
Not satisfied?
We want you to love what you buy from us. In case that Minigrow is not delivering what you expected, you can return your product and get a refund within 14 days after your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in exactly the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition or packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund and charges
we pay the majority of the handling, shipping and payment costs when an order is made. We only charge you for a smaller portion of those costs at order intake.
Part of these payment and shipping costs may be charged to you when cancel an order and return your product.
Shipping fees
If an order is not shipped yet, shipping costs do not apply. If you paid them at order intake, those costs are refunded.
If the order is shipped, shipping costs are not refunded. In addition, you are responsible for the payment of the return delivery.
Payment fees
Payment costs may apply. Although the majority of the payment costs are refunded, depending of payment method a payment fee is charged.
If Paypal or Klarna is used as payment method, 1,5% payment fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. This is in addition to a fee that may have paid when the order was made.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should notify us first by sending an email to info@minigrowbox.com so that we know that a package will be returned. The package must be delivered at our address without damage. to agree on the mail your product to: Newfields B.V., Hermesweg 2B27, 3741GP Baarn, The Netherlands.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and payment costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and the cost of payment will be deducted from your refund. A delivery service with track and trace is required.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
